Cairn Aviation is delighted to welcome CemAir to the growing Air Maestro community!
Founded in 2005, Cemair (Pty) Ltd is a domestic passenger and cargo airline operating an expanding selection of routes throughout South Africa.
The company’s headquarters are at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg where the operational, maintenance and administrative functions are controlled. This facility consists of an 1800 sq.m. hangar, offices and a 2000 sq.m private apron and is the support hub for their operations.
CemAir currently owns and operates a large fleet of twelve CRJ 100/200 LR Airliners, nine Beech 1900D aircraft, two Dash-8 Q300’s and one Dash-8 100.
These aircraft serve (at the time of writing) routes between Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, George, Kimberley, Cape Town, Margate, Plettenberg Bay and Sishen.
Air Maestro is ready to meet the demands of Cemair’s dynamic operation as it expands in scale. Cemair has already implemented Air Maestro’s flight and duty control scheme, training and recency tracking, flight records, online exams, occurrence reporting, auditing, and the document library.
These modules, and others, allow Cemair’s management quick and easy oversight over their operational resources as well as an effective and open risk management programme.
