Via Air requested refresher training on Air Maestro for their management team for April 2020. Our Chief Application Support Analyst spent time with Via Air’s Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and Base Manager to configure their domain to meet their requirements.

The online Air Maestro comprehensive training conducted by Michael Thomson which Via Air team went through was really helpful and effective. The topics covered all the aspects of the software. 
Michael was flexible with session timings to adapt with the availability of the team. His encouragement for questions and random recaps made the interaction more productive. We now have a better and thorough understanding of all the features in the software.
